Lassa Fever -- Nigeria
- In the reporting week 49 (2-8 Dec 2019), 13 new confirmed cases were reported from Ondo (11), Bauchi (1) and Gombe (1) states with 4 new deaths from Ondo ( 3) and Gombe (1) states.
- From 1 Jan to 8 Dec 2019, a total of 4820 suspected* cases have been reported from 23 states. Of these, 806 were confirmed positive, 19 probable and 3995 negative (not a case).
