Opening of an enlarged ring of vaccination around 2 confirmed cases on 19 and 21 Sep 2019 in the health area of Madidi in Mambasa in Ituri.
Another satellite ring was opened at the Kitatumba General Referral Hospital in Butembo health zone in North Kivu around the case notified on 22 Sep 2019. This case started the illness in the Kasindi health area in Mutwanga, North Kivu.
