Kogi State Commissioner for Health, Dr Saka Audu has denied that 62 persons died from an unknown disease. While speaking with newsmen in Lokoja, Audu said those diagnosed were suffering from gastroenteritis and malaria. "The current information available to us is that the strange disease actually started 6 weeks ago in Okoloke village in Yagba West, which is a settlement that is predominantly inhabited by Fulani herdsmen.
