"In fact it had been asked for an urgent meeting of the diarrhea/cholera watch committee because the incidence of diarrhea started to rise significantly when in week 32 [week ending 13 Aug 2017] the rate increased by more than 30 percent compared to week 30 [week ending 30 Jul 2017].
