Measles -- China
On [Fri 3 Mar 2017], the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (Taiwan CDC) announced this year's [2017] 1st imported measles case in a 1 year old girl who resides in northern Taiwan and had not received the MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccine. According to health officials, she traveled to Guangdong, China with her family last October [2016].
On 22 Feb 2017, she developed fever and cough. On 26 Feb 2017, she developed rash. On 28 Feb 2017, she took Flight HX252 to return to Taiwan.
