Strep -- China
On 28 Jun 2016, the Hong Kong Centre for Health Proyection (CHP) recorded a case of _Streptococcus suis_ infection affecting a 55-year-old man with good past health. He presented with headache, cough with sputum, vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss on 22 Jun [2016] and was admitted to a public hospital on 24 Jun [2016]. His blood and cerebrospinal fluid sample collected grew _Streptococcus suis_. He was treated with antibiotics and his condition was stable.
