Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever -- Iraq
The spokesman of the Directorate of Health of Erbil [Arbil] announced that the results of the laboratory tests of the patient that was referred yesterday [Sat 30 Jun 2018] from Soran district to Erbil hospital for treatment revealed infection with Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, and this is the 1st case of this disease in the [Iraqi Kurdistan] region.
Fakher Herki said in statement to Xendan today [1 Jul 2018] that the results of the laboratory tests revealed that the patient is infected
