Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning -- United States
Shellfish harvesting in the Port Susan Bay area and south Skagit Bay was closed Thursday, 19 Oct 2017, to all species of recreational shellfish harvesting because of extremely high levels of paralytic shellfish poison, a potentially fatal biotoxin.
