Mumps -- United States
At least four cases of mumps have been confirmed during the last week, and another is being investigated, in a small outbreak among university students aged 19-22, in Porto, Portugal. All patients had two doses of MMR vaccine.
Ongoing investigation seems to point to the index case being a toddler (age not specified) who is brother to one of the cases.
It is possible that more cases are still to appear, since the incubation period may go up to three weeks.
