Whooping Cough -- United States
Grandview Heights City School District officials are asking parents to help them contain a highly contagious disease. 21 cases of pertussis, also called whooping cough, have been reported in the district starting with the school year. Students at the high school and Edison Intermediate/Larson Middle School have been impacted. There have been no cases reported at Stevenson Elementary School.
