The Wildlife Health Specialist Group (WHSG) of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and the World Animal Health Organisation (OIE) have recently released guidelines to minimize the risk of SARS-CoV-2 transmission from people to free-ranging wild mammals.
