Regarding health monitoring related to the spread of the new coronavirus [SARS-CoV-2] on the national territory:
- 214 457 213 013 cumulative cases
- 91 528 people are currently positive for the virus;
- 93 245 people have recovered;
- 15 769 patients are hospitalized with symptoms, 1333 in intensive care, and 74 426 are in home isolation;
- 29 684 deaths have been reported; however, this number can only be confirmed after the Istituto Superiore di Sanita has established the actual cause
