General trend of the new positive downhill. This is what can be seen from the health monitoring data on the spread of the new coronavirus on [24 May 2020].
- 229 858 cumulative cases, increase of 531 from 23 May 2020;
- 56 594 people are currently positive for the virus;
- 140 479 people have recovered;
- 8613 patients are hospitalized with symptoms, 553 in intensive care, and 47 428 are in home isolation;
- 32 785 deaths have been reported; however, this number can only be confirmed
