Regarding health monitoring related to the spread of the new coronavirus [SARS-CoV-2] on the national territory, there are 168 941. At the moment 106 607 people are positive for the virus.

- Patients hospitalized with symptoms: 26 893; 2936 in intensive care; 76 778 in home isolation.
- Deaths: 22 170 (this number can be confirmed only after the Istituto Superiore di Sanita has established the actual cause of the death).
