- In the reporting week 42 (14-20 Oct 2019) 13 new confirmed cases were reported from Edo (6), Ondo (6), and Benue (1) states with 2 new deaths from Ondo and Benue states.
- From 1 Jan-20 Oct 2019, a total of 4209 suspected cases have been reported from 23 states. Of these, 739 were confirmed positive, 19 probable and 3451 negative (not a case).
