Lovers of sushi, maki, sashimi, and other raw fish, beware of your stomach! 7 cases of fish tapeworm, better known as tapeworm [ProMED presumes it is _Diphyllobothrium latum_], have been reported in 2 years by the Rennes hospital in Ille-et-Vilaine [Brittany].
An exceptional number of cases was counted between July 2016 and September 2018, especially since no case had been detected for at least 20 years.
