Of note, the name of the human antitoxin licensed by the US FDA for the treatment of infant botulism due to toxin types A and B is BIG-IV, Botulism Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), proprietary name BabyBIG [R]. The commentary below states the name of the product as "BIG".
