Clinical samples and CoV cell culture supernatants
Respiratory samples were obtained during 2019 from patients hospitalized at Charite medical center and tested by the NxTAG Respiratory Pathogen Panel (Luminex) or in cases of MERS-CoV by the MERS-CoV upE assay as published before (1).
