Anthrax -- Kazakhstan
[The] quarantine declared on 17 Aug 2019 in the village of Olginka of Akmola region due to the anthrax outbreak has been lifted, the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan reported.
"After disinfection of the village, no more precursors of disease were found, which confirmed the results of the examination. The new cases of animal infection and their die-off have not been registered. To date, the epizootic situation is stable and under the control of [the] veterinary service of the region,"
