The 1st patient, a man in his 60s, was evaluated at the hospital ED for abdominal pain on 6 Dec 2017 and received injectable narcotic drugs from 2 nurses. The patient returned to the same ED on 12 Jan 2018, with history of jaundice and abdominal discomfort.
