- The youngest patient recovering from Ebola was discharged from the Beni ETC this Wed 12 Dec 2018. This miraculously young child, born 31 Oct 2018, was admitted at the age of 6 days to the ETC after her mother, a confirmed case of Ebola, died during childbirth. Throughout the infant's hospitalization, pediatricians, resuscitators and nannies of ETC took turns at her bedside 24 hours a day to give her every chance to survive.
