Motorcycle taxis are the main means of transportation for people in the city of Beni, and they have agreed to get involved in raising public awareness about Ebola virus disease. The communication and mobilization committee of Beni organized information sessions for the various biker associations present in Beni to make them aware of the disease, the methods of prevention and the risks involved in transporting patients. Handwashing kits were placed in several biker parking lots in the city.
