Japanese Encephalitis -- India
Japanese encephalitis has made its way to Rajasthan with the death of a woman. This is the 1st case of Japanese encephalitis in the state.
The 30-year-old woman, from Bundi, died last month [October 2017]. Now, the National Institute of Virology (NIV), Pune in its report has confirmed that she was suffering from Japanese encephalitis.
