About 85 Marines-in-training remained ill Thu 2 Nov 2017, with apparent _E. coli_-related symptoms at Marine Corps Recruit Depot [MCRD] San Diego and Camp Pendleton amid a week-old outbreak of diarrheal illnesses at the military installations, authorities reported.
