Marine Corps officials [Wed 1 Nov 2017], announced more than 2 dozen more cases of _E. coli_ infection at Marine Corps Recruit Depot [MCRD] San Diego and Camp Pendleton amid a week-old outbreak of diarrheal illnesses at the military installations.
