CCHF surveillance is ongoing in Balochistan and a fellow of FELTP [Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training. Program] is assigned by DGHS [Directorate General Health Services] Balochistan for updates. During the last week one suspected case was reported. The case was a 58-year-old woman from district Qilla Abdullah, with history of high-grade fever, body aches, bleeding from nose and mouth, and animal contact history.
