Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever -- Pakistan
The Department of Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has executed fumigation around the cattle markets in all districts of Hazara division for controlling the possible outbreak of Congo.
Director Livestock Dr Abdul Waheed Alvi said [Mon 22 Aug 2016], that the all the sacrificial animals that have been brought to cattle markets in Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, and Haripur have been vaccinated against ticks.
