Hepatitis -- Mexico
An outbreak of hepatitis in the Colima Prison Colima kills 5 prisoners who allegedly exchanged syringes injecting heroin. In a statement, the authorities of health and safety in the state reported that there are 20 more who have this same disease. It was reported that the heroin was smuggled into prison by people who hid the drug in parts of the body.
The drug was mixed into the prison with potentially toxic products to dilute it and sell it at a lower price. "They acquire the narcotic
