Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever -- Pakistan
In Rawalpindi, 2 CCHF positive cases are admitted at Holy Family Hospital. Both cases are from District Chakwal and are brother and sister. They have cattle at home and are farmers by profession. Both are stable and are recovering.
Almost 35 close contacts are under observation. Dr. Alamgir Nawabi, District Health Officer Chakwal, Punjab is following the family and cases.
